The location of the hotel was fantastic, with great connections to the central line and district line. It was very convenient for exploring the city. the hotel offered a nice touch by providing complimentary wine between 5 and 6pm and all day snacks, a pleasant surprise.
The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with only the sheets being changed.

We loved staying here! This place is located in what seems to be the business district, making it really quiet at night. The staff was always with good service despite minimal staff, and they even let us check out with a staff member. We had everything we needed in our room, such as tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Plus, the fitness studio was a great way to start the day.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great location in the heart of the financial district with easy access to public transportation. Also conveniently close to a large Wetherspoons. The hotel has a kitchenette area which adds to the comfort of the stay. Cleanliness is well-maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in central London, in a nice area surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, close to the city centre. The room was larger than expected and came with a big TV, a kitchenette, a coffee machine in the reception and the hotel offered a neat little touch with self-fill water bottles. We enjoyed the exceptional evening meal in the hotel restaurant and the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful.
The check-in area was very small and cramped upon entry to the hotel.

Great location near tube stations, providing easy access to attractions. Free coffee and water station on each floor. Friendly staff who provided excellent customer service and accommodated unusual requests. Complimentary wine and snacks for special celebrations. Clean and well-equipped rooms with no additional charge for storing luggage after check-out.
